All digital products, including eBooks, journals, guides, downloadable files, and online resources, are non-refundable. These items are delivered instantly, which means they cannot be returned once accessed.

 

If you ever experience an issue with your download or something is not working as expected, please reach out. I am always happy to assist and make sure you receive everything you purchased.

 

Reiki and Energy Services

Because Reiki and other energy sessions involve a personal energetic exchange, the following policies apply:

 

Cancellations or Rescheduling

Please contact me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within this window may be rescheduled without penalty.

 

Refunds

Completed Reiki or energy sessions are non-refundable. Once the session has been delivered, the time, preparation, and energetic work have already taken place.
