Reiki for Inner Confidence

A Soft Landing

Welcome, sweet soul.

Come settle into this moment with me, slowly and kindly, as if you are stepping into a quiet sanctuary.

Let your shoulders loosen.

Let your jaw unclench.

Let your breath slow down, even if your mind is still catching up.

If you would like, place one hand over your heart and one hand over your belly.

Take one slow inhale and let your exhale be just a little longer.

You do not have to force your way forward today. You are allowed to arrive gently.

A Month for Quiet Confidence

February inside Lumina Soul Works is a heart-centered month, and the energy we are holding is warm, tender, and deeply supportive.

This is a month for:

  • self-love

  • healing insecurity

  • easing the inner critic

  • rebuilding confidence

Energetically, insecurity often shows up in the body as:

  • tightness in the chest

  • a shaky solar plexus (that “I don’t trust myself” feeling)

  • a throat that holds back words

  • a belly that feels unsettled or braced

Confidence, in its truest form, is not loud.

It is not performative.

It is not something you have to prove.

Real confidence is often quiet.

It returns slowly as your nervous system begins to feel safe again, and as you practice belonging to yourself, even in your tender places.

This is where Reiki becomes such a gentle companion. Reiki is not here to rush you or “fix” you, it is here to support you as you remember your own steadiness.

This month, you can return to this practice anytime you need reiki for inner confidence, especially on the days your heart feels tender and your self-trust feels quiet.

A Mini Reiki Session for Your Heart

This is a calming self-Reiki session you can use anytime you need reiki for inner confidence.

You can do this sitting, lying down, or standing quietly.

1) Begin with your hands

Place one hand over your heart. Place the other hand over your solar plexus, right below your ribcage.

2) Invite in warmth

Imagine a soft golden light forming above your crown, gentle as sunrise. It is not intense, it is not demanding. It is simply present.

3) Let the light move through you

With each exhale, feel this light drifting slowly down through your throat, into your chest, and into your belly.

4) Let it rest where you need it most

Feel the Reiki energy gather under your heart-hand, calming the emotional waves beneath the surface. Then feel it settle under your solar plexus hand, easing the old pressure to “be more” or “do it perfectly.”

5) Give your system one safe truth

Whisper in your mind:

“I belong to myself.”

Or choose something even simpler, like:

“I am safe in this moment.”

“I can be gentle with myself.”

“I can rebuild from kindness.”

6) Seal the session

Take one final breath and imagine the golden light becoming a soft cocoon around your body. Not to trap you, but to hold you.

Stay here for three slow breaths. That is enough. That is real energy work.

Where to Place Your Hands When You Need Comfort

Choose one of these for your daily or weekly practice:

Option 1: Heart + Solar Plexus

For inner critic calming, steady self-trust, and confidence repair.

Option 2: Heart + Belly

For emotional safety, grounding, and comfort in your body.

(You can hold each position for 1–3 minutes, or longer if it feels nourishing.)

Let This Land in Your Heart

After your practice, ask yourself:

What part of me is asking to be loved, not corrected?

Before You Go, One More Breath

Take a final breath and let your body hear the truth:

You are not behind.

You are not broken.

You are becoming.

May this Reiki practice feel like a warm place inside you. A place you can return to, repeatedly. A place where you do not have to prove your worth.

May your confidence be rebuilt gently, not through pressure, but through presence. And may you remember, even on the days you feel unsure:

You still belong to yourself.
